Quite simply we carried out a survey recently to find out which room in the house most people practise their dancing in. Th results were as follows:
Why someone would practise dancing in the bathroom amazes us but here the clear winner is Kitchens why? It seems that while the rest of the family sit down and watch television the bedroom is often cluttered so kitchens seem to be the place of choice to practise in.
We’ve recently carried out a review of a number of parents who take their children to learn dancing and its surprising the amount of money spent in this market area. Parents will spend thousand of pounds to make sure their son or daughter has the best dress, the right tan and shoes but all this money is leaving them short falling on a lot of bills they have to pay. One Mother with two children said:
“We spend that much on dresses and going to competitions that the new car we had planned had to be reviewed and we ended up having to look at a number of used cars to be able to use the additional funds on our daughter.”
It might seem crazy but this is quite normal for many families with children who want to become dancers.
